Apparel Shipping and Returns

On this page you will  find all the details about shipping, exchanges, and returns. If you still have questions, please feel free to reach out to me at BEFORE making a purchase.

Returns & exchanges

There are no refunds. Please be mindful of item sizing. Items are unisex sizes unless otherwise stated. Unisex is similar to men sizes. You can find the sizing chart in the photo gallery of each item.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Discounted Campaign deals are FINAL SALE.
Free gifts and promotional items are not returnable.

Exchanges/ Returns

We thank you for your purchase and want you to love your items, your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY.

To begin the exchange [process, customers must FIRST contact the support team at for return instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.

Exchange information:

  • Items must be in saleable condition (no deodorant residue caused during fitting, damaged, stains.)

  • If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply. 

  • Exchange item(s) for equal or less value.

  • Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 5-10 days for processing.

Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to inform us of the damage. If you reach out beyond this window of time, we are unable to accept a return for the item.

Picture of damaged/defective item

Once confirmed, we will send you a new item to replace your order. Please allow 5-10 days for processing and 2-3 weeks for shipping.

  • Please ensure that the email &  shipping address is correct prior to checkout. (Especially  if using PayPal)

  • JunkDrawerMom is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. 

  • Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates. You do have the option to redirect your package via USPS website. [For domestic orders]

  • Some orders may be sent separately to ensure the quickest delivery. All shipping information will be sent for tracking purposes.

  • Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays. 

  • We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

  • Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.

  • Multiple discounts cannot be applied to orders.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. 


Orders within the United States:
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and 2-3 weeks for shipping. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
